During the Christmas period our office will be closed from 1PM on the 22nd of December and will re-open at 9AM on the Tuesday 2nd of January.
On the non bank holiday days (27th, 28th and 29th) we will operate with reduced staff providing critical cover only. Our phones will remain on night service and the voicemail will be monitored, an engineer will return your call as soon as possible.
Calls requiring a site visit during the critical cover period will only be attended to where the system is critically affected, i.e. server down or a major infrastructure failure such as the core network switch or router. Non critical calls will be logged and attended to in the New Year.
