Microsoft has announced a 9% price increase across all its cloud services starting from the 1st of April 2023, our customers will come under one of three subscription models so we have put together some information on how the price increase affects each model.

CSP Monthly Subscriptions
Businesses still on the CSP subscription* model will see the price increase come in on the 1st of April 2023, you can avoid the 9% price increase by switching to the NCE Annual subscription model before the 1st of April 2022.
*The CSP subscription model was replaced by the Microsoft NCE model in March 2022, more information can be found here

NCE Monthly Subscriptions
NCE Monthly subscriptions will see the 9% increase from the 1st of April 2023, you can avoid the price increase for another 12 months by switching to a NCE annual subscription.

NCE Annual Subscriptions
Subscriptions that renew before April will miss the 9% increase for another 12 months,
If you are a Valetech customer and your subscription is due to renew in February or March you will have already received your renewal quote from us.
For the subscriptions that renew after April, these will be quoted with the 9% increase, unfortunately, this is not avoidable.
