To enable 2FA for Office 365 follow the steps below –

1) Go to the 2FA setup page via the following link – https://aka.ms/MFASetup

2) Login to your Office 365 account using your email address and email Password

3) Enter your mobile number that you would like to use with 2FA to verify your account (Please note you will need access to this number when you sign in via the web interface)

4) go to the app passwords tab and create app passwords for each of your devices you will need to reconfigure each device to use the new app password
